Cancellation and refund policy

Creating and previewing an invite are free. Please check every name, date, time and address in the preview before you pay. You pay only to publish the invite and get its shareable link.

Before payment there is nothing to cancel: you can simply leave the draft. After payment the invite is published and the link is delivered at once, so an order cannot be cancelled. You can still correct details with your edit link within your plan's edit period (see terms).

• Technical problem on our side: if, because of a fault in our service, your invite link cannot be published or does not work, or your card image or PDF cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix it, we refund the full amount. Ask within 7 days of payment.
• Failed or duplicate payment: if money was taken but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same invite, the extra amount is refunded automatically. It reaches your account within 5–7 working days.

In all other cases payments are non-refundable, because the product is digital and delivered instantly. This includes a change of mind, a change of event date, or mistakes in details that you entered and can correct with the edit link.

Write to support@varugavaruga.in with the Razorpay payment reference (from your receipt), the date of payment and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1 working day.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or other) through Razorpay. After approval they usually reach your account in 5–7 working days; the exact time depends on your bank.
