Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use varugavaruga.in (the "website") operated by SUBRAMANIYASWAMY CHELLAKUMARAN ("we", "us"). By creating an invite or paying for one, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.

The website lets you make a digital invitation web page (an "invite") for a function and share its link. The service is digital only. We do not print or ship cards.

• Creating and previewing an invite are free. The preview has a watermark and cannot be shared publicly.
• To download the invite or publish it with a shareable link, you pay for one plan: ₹199 (Card: image and PDF, no link), ₹299 (Link) or ₹499 (Complete). You can upgrade later and pay only the difference. Current prices and features are on the pricing section.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). No GST is charged.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards and the other methods Razorpay offers). We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Razorpay sends the payment receipt.

An invite is published only after the payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay.

There is no login. When you start an invite, you get a secret edit link. Anyone who has this link can change the invite, so keep it private. If you lose it, write to support@varugavaruga.in with your payment reference and we will send it again after we check the payment.

After payment you can still edit the invite: on the ₹199 and ₹299 plans for 24 hours after payment; on the ₹499 plan until the day of the function.

You are responsible for everything you add to an invite: names, dates, venue, messages, links and photos. You confirm that:

• the details are correct and you have the consent of the people named or shown;
• you own the photos or have permission to use them;
• the content is lawful and not offensive, misleading or infringing on anyone's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to store, display and send it only to run the service. We may remove an invite that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you if we have a way to reach you.

We aim to keep invite pages online and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Invite pages are not listed on our website and are not indexed by search engines; anyone who has the link can open the page.

Photos are deleted 90 days after the event date. After that, the invite page shows a thank-you card instead of the full invite.

The website, designs, themes, motifs and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share your invite link freely, but you may not copy the designs or the website for other use.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for errors in details you entered, or for problems caused by third-party services (for example WhatsApp, maps or video sites). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invite concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect payments made before the change.
